The family house with two spacious apartments is located in the fishermen`s village Njivice on the island of Krk. The house is located only 250 m from the nearest beach and 700 m from the center of Njivice. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and each apartment has two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and dining room, a bathroom and an additional toilet. Each room has a small, private balcony, and from the living room you enter to a larger balcony. All balconies have a beautiful seaview.The apartments are equipped with Sat-TV, wireless internet and air conditioning. In the courtyard of the house there is a shared fireplace with a terrace for enjoying time with family and friends. There is a parking lot in front of the house.
