This old, but traditionally and functionally renewed holiday house is located in the center and pedestrian area of picturesque city of Vrbnik. The house extends over three opened floors joint with internal stairs. On the ground floor is a living room with kitchen, and on the lower and upper floors there are 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower. TV-SAT and air conditioning are available to guests. Pets are allowed. The house is only few steps from the church, souvenir shops, wine cellars and restaurants with traditional food and wines of the island. Distance from the beach is about 400 meters. The house is not accessible by car (pedestrian zone), but there is a parking 300 meters away.

        Ne razumjem poslovne filozofije, da agencija apartma koji je slobodan više voli držati prazan, nego da bi stalnim gostom ponudila popust te bi isti gosti produžili još koji dan. To za agenciju ne bi bio velik trošak, isti gosti, brez međuvremenog čisščenja, menjanja veša ... takođe mi nije jasno zašto je problem, da mora gost APP napustiti do 10 ure a sledeči gosti dolaze tek za sedmicu dana. To se opravdava sa čiščenjem, ali sledeči gosti dolaze tek za sedmicu, tako da je dovoljno vremene za čiščenje. Jako neobična poslovna praksa :-(
