Booking accommodation is simple: 1. Select the date, number of people, and desired type of accommodation (apartment, holiday home, villa, room). 2. Choose the unit that suits you. 3. Confirm the reservation by paying a deposit (advance payment). You can choose between paying by credit card or bank transfer. The remainder is due no later than 14 days before the arrival date. Yes, we offer the option to arrange a cancellation insurance policy in cooperation with Allianz insurance. You can select this option during the online booking process, and it covers you in case of unforeseen circumstances.

It depends on the property type. For villas and higher-category houses, a damage deposit (security deposit) is mandatory, which is paid upon arrival and is fully refunded to you after departure, provided no damage has occurred. The amount of the deposit is listed in the accommodation details.

Yes, the option of damage insurance for the property can be arranged during booking, and for properties that require a damage deposit, insurance is an alternative to the classic deposit. Although a smaller insurance amount is paid in advance, this covers potential minor damages, and the classic cash deposit is then not mandatory. Please check the details for the selected property.

Sol-tours successfully operates as a physical agency as well as an online agency, providing support via the internet, email, and phone. For all clients who prefer personal contact, our office is located in Njivice, at the address Primorska cesta 1/3. The reception, info desk, and parking for all our guests are also located here.

During the season (June–September), the office is open from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM every day of the week. Off-season (from 01.10.–31.05.), we work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. Please note, our 24/7 telephone support is available for emergencies.

In most cases, check-in is done at the Sol-tours agency reception in Njivice, Primorska cesta 1/3. Guest registration and key collection take place there. If your check-in is directly at the property, you will be specifically notified a few days before arrival. Instructions for check-out will be provided to the guest upon check-in. The advantage of our location is that the reception is very close to the main road that runs across the entire Island of Krk, making check-in fast and convenient.
