Kvalitné vybavenie, výborná orientácia bytu - terasa a okná otočené na sever s výhľadom na more.
Dobrý parkovacie miesto.
Pekne zariadený byt.
Dobrý prístup k moru, ale asi 50 m treba ísť popri ceste bez chodníka. Tých uvedených 200 m k pláži je asi aj reálne.
Pekné pláže v okolí.
