Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, nie centrum. Apartament jest duży, dwupoziomowy i funkcjonalnie, domowo urządzony. W kuchni jest wystarczająca ilość i różnorodność wyposażenia aby przygotowywać domowe posiłki. Posiada piękny, malowniczy widok na morze, zatokę. Ma dwa tarasy, oba w stronę morza. Mieszkanie na początek było bardzo ładnie posprzątane.
