habe sehr ruhig, entspannt und behaglich gewohnt, konnte selbst im Parterre ein wenig Meerblick geniessen (in den darüberliegenden Wohnungen ist er atemberaubend. Das Anwesen liegt allerdings schon etwas ausserhalb des Ortes und man muss sowohl vom Strand als auch vom Zentrum einige Hohenmeter Unterschied als auch Entfernung zurücklegen. Ansonsten ist der Ort zum Baden, Entspannen und relaxen ideal. Superschöne, vielseitige Vegetation in den Vorgärten der Villen am Hang, verleihen dem Ort eine gewisse Noblesse.
