The location of the accommodation was great. It was quiet and just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The house is modern and beautiful. The large yard offers plenty of space and can be closed with a gate. Behind the house is a large terrace with covered seating for several people. There are plenty of loungers, a grill, and a great pool. The pool is filled with freshwater, was clean, and had a pleasant temperature.
The rooms in the house were modern and nicely furnished. Everything was clean and tidy. The only negative point was mold on the ceiling in the kitchen. The black stain grew larger over the course of our stay. Upon arrival, it was only slightly visible and had obviously been treated with acid. Presumably, the balcony on the upper floor was leaking, and water was seeping into the wall. The sofa also smelled a bit musty. When it rains, the drains in the bathroom smell slightly of stale water, which wasn't too bad.
Apart from the mold, everything was great.

We stayed here with a group of 13 (including 7 kids) at the turn of July and August 2025, and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious, fully equipped, and honestly looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. Everything we needed was there, and the communication with the owner, Anton, was excellent – he’s a great guy and super helpful. A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in Malinska – highly recommended!
